Who we are
Tended (Pty) Ltd (“Tended”) is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. You can reach our information officer at hello@tended.co.za.
What we collect
- What you send us in the contact form: your name, email, phone number, business name, website and message.
- Anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are visited. Our analytics don’t use cookies and don’t identify you.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, set up a call and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and form provider (Netlify) processes form submissions on our behalf. Some of our providers store data outside South Africa; we only use providers with protections comparable to POPIA.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@tended.co.za. If you’re unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. Your light or dark mode choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.
