What if I don't use all my hours?
We'll suggest improvements so they're put to good use. Unused hours don't roll over, but we'll never let a month go to waste without asking.
What happens if the site goes down?
We're alerted automatically and fix it. On Partner we respond the same working day, on other plans within one working day.
Can I just pay for maintenance on an existing site?
Our plans include the build, so we usually rebuild first. If your site is already in good shape, talk to us.
